My name's Elena, but it's alright to address me any name that suits you. I'm a Registered Nurse in the Philippines and in the United States of America. Currently waiting for a miracle so I can finally work in the west. Being a couch potato and drowning myself in books are some of my likes while anything-pork and futile people are my dislikes.

Duty time

The patient in this photo has Tuberculosis and at it was one of my group mates, who were assigned in giving IM injections to the babies, who gave the shot of an antibiotic, Rifampicin, I think, to that guy. So yeah, the one giving the shot is CJ, and assistant Andrew. Gad! I won't ever go near them TB patients! Good thing the health center has an area specially designed for the people with this disease. Although our CI said that they are on their on-going treatment, it still creeps me out. HAHA!

This was last Thursday, btw :)
