No matter how hard you tried for our presentation to be perfect - actually to the extent that you avoided all the things you though our Clinical Instructors would question you about - sermons and reprimands still found their way to you two. HAHAHA!!! I really wanted to laugh my ass off (evil mode) back there, but chose to just keep it to myself. I really pity you two. Ha! So much for achieving perfection, eh? I told you (mentally), never aspire perfection because it will only lead you to the place you don't want to be in in the first place - somewhere down. I mean of course it's alright to hope, but really? Expecting? Nu-uh.

On a lighter note, thank God our case pres is done done done! What a relief! Oh shit, I just remembered I'm going to report on NCM this week!!! Fxckkk! Ugh, life-ruiner! I really really wanna impress the dean but I have no talents/skills to do it. :( I wish I'd be like sir Gelo who so smoothly discusses a topic without any flaw. :">

Anyway, duties are supposed to be done by now, but I, together with 3 of my classmates, still have make-up duty. Ugh! Talk about doom. And even worse, it's in East Ave OB Ward. It's so heartwarming, really. I just hope there are not much patients. No one wants to be toxic ey ey. And anyway, who wants to do perineal care? NONE. Who wants to administer Mg SO4 on the gluteal part (glutues maximus to be specific)? NONE.

I must be crazy talking about gluteus maximus and administering magnesium sulfate and doing perineal care. Hahahaha shit I must do a pathophysio on what I'm experiencing right now, starting with the predisposing factors like ----- Oops I'm talking too much now. Not hyper, I tell you. :)
